90 points for AIX Rosé 2021: This brilliant "Aix" vintage is among the best rosé wines tasted in the last year. A rosé wine for pleasure, delicacy, and gastronomy. In fact, it is exactly the type of rosé wine that is good to consume all year round. The nose is appealing with its frankness, developing aromas of watermelons, strawberries, raspberries, and flowers. The palate is also seductive, with a frank attack, restoring the scents of the nose. The whole is delicate and is supported by a chiseled freshness that gives this vintage a lot of charm.

From the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine region, Saint Aix 2021 is fragrant with ripe raspberry, wild herbs and mineral aromas on the nose. Dry, medium-bodied and zesty with raspberry, red berry, wild herb and briny mineral flavours creamy on the palate matched with crisp acidity. Enjoy with salmon steaks from the grill. The vineyard was converted from a truffle orchard to a vineyard in the early 1900s. Rosé food pairings: endive and ham in Mornay white sauce, chicken a la king, tagliatelle with ham. Natalie's Score for AIX Rosé 2021: 92/100

91 points for AIX Rosé 2021: A hint of blossom and a touch of tart, red berry fruit accompany the fresh citrus notes on the nose. The palate is lithe, bright and very fresh with much citric verve, just a hint of phenolics and a little hint of pepper on the dry finish. Most refreshing.
