maison saint aix at wine paris 2026: a week of energy, encounters & rosé excellence
19 February 2026
From the Provence Pavilion to the No-Low section, Wine Paris 2026 was a celebration of partnerships, innovation, and the enduring spirit of rosé.
a landmark edition of wine paris 2026
Wine Paris 2026 proved once again why it has become one of the most influential gatherings in the global wine and spirits calendar. Bringing together producers, distributors, buyers, journalists, and tastemakers from around the world, the fair offered an exceptional platform for exchange, discovery, and collaboration.
For Maison Saint Aix, this year’s edition was defined by connection: authentic conversations, new opportunities, and meaningful reunions with long-standing partners.
Three spaces, one vision
Throughout the week, our presence unfolded across three distinctive yet complementary spaces:
• The AIX-Defender, welcoming guests when entering the fair with the unmistakable spirit of AIX — bold, elegant, and unmistakably Provençal.
• The Maison Saint Aix Booth in the Provence Pavilion, where we showcased our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the art of crafting world-class rosé.
• The BEAU VIVA Booth in the No-Low section, highlighting the evolution of the category and our vision for premium alcohol-free sparkling rosé. From morning tastings to late-afternoon meetings, each space became a hub of energy and exchange — a reflection of our growing international community.
Celebrating rosé, craft & innovation
A true highlight of the week was our participation in the Rosé Masterclass with The Drinks Business, where we had the opportunity to share our expertise and perspective on the global rosé category with industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. We were equally proud to collaborate with Falstaff Magazine and RIEDEL, partnerships that reflect our shared dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and elevating the tasting experience. These moments go beyond visibility; they reinforce our role in shaping conversations around rosé, terroir, and the future of wine.
The aix spirit - on and off the stand
Wine Paris is as much about atmosphere as it is about business. Monday’s celebration, set to our signature AIX playlist, brought together friends, partners, and new faces in true Maison Saint Aix style: vibrant, joyful, and effortlessly elegant. Because beyond the bottles and the booths, what truly defines our presence is the energy we share: the AIX Experience.
Looking ahead
As the doors close on Wine Paris 2026, we leave inspired. The conversations started here will continue across markets and continents. The partnerships strengthened this week will shape the seasons ahead. To everyone who visited us, collaborated with us, and celebrated with us: thank you. We look forward to continuing this journey together.
