Think a DOC Burrata & Heirloom Tomato Salad, Mussels cooked in AIX rosé wine (white wine was so last year), an extravagant Plateau Fruits de Mer, Gazpacho of vineyard peaches, Steak Tartare, homemade AIX rosé sorbet & so much more!

When Provence meets Valencia
There are events you attend, and events you inhabit. The Fun Business Days in Valencia fell firmly into the second category. For a few days, our team set up a booth in the heart of one of Spain's most vibrant cities and brought a little corner of Provence with them. AIX Rosé, AIX White and BEAU VIVA were on the table. The AIX Land Rover Defender was parked outside. Valencia did the rest.
