For mains, tuck into Steak Tartare, and Mussels cooked in AIX Rosé, with French Fries of course! Finally, you’ll finish with a trio of desserts, including our signature Andaz Manchego Cheesescake, Summer Fruits & homemade AIX Rosé Sorbet.

Following tasting after tasting, Andaz new summer menu was born that they believe perfectly complements the delicate balance of crisp acidity, and soft, ripe summer fruit in AIX Rosé. Even incporating AIX into the creation of some of new dishes. Think a DOC Burrata & Heirloom Tomato Salad, Mussels cooked in AIX rosé wine (white wine was so last year), an extravagant Plateau Fruits de Mer, Gazpacho of vineyard peaches, Steak Tartare, homemade AIX rosé sorbet & so much more!
