  2. This competition is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Campaign Monitor.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  4. The AIXmas Countdown 2023 competition commends on December 1, 2023 at 12:00pm CET and ends on December 31, 2023 at 23:59 PM CET. This promotion includes 8 giveaways and 1 contest, every giveaway/contest has their own game period:

  5. This competition is open globally to anyone over the legal drinking age in their respective country of residence,
    1. excluding countries where alcohol is illegal.
    2. excluding employees and immediate family members of employees.
    3. excluding anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  6. If the winner residences in the US and the prize includes alcohol, the winner will receive a gift card instead.
  7. US residents are excluded from the Day 4 giveaway.

  9. The giveaway winners (day 1 – day 8) will be chosen at random using the Random Number Generator within 48 hours after a giveaway closes.
  10. The competition winner (day 9) will be chosen by originality within 10 business days after the competition closes.
  11. The winners will be contacted via a personal DM with further instruction on how to receive their prize.
  12. The prizes will be send to the postage address or e-mail address provided via Instagram chat by the owner of the winning profile.
  13. The winners will need to respond to the initial communication, addressed to the Instagram account within 14 days of initial communication from @aixrose.official (Cyclame SARL), confirming eligibility. If this is not the case, the winning profile will be disqualified.
  14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Cyclame SARL reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is payable in the event the winner is unable to use the prize.
  15. Cyclame SARL takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for prices send to incorrectly submitted email addresses.
  16. Winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and understands that their name may be publicly visible to future related posts related to the AIXmas Countdown 2023 Campaign.
  17. Any breakages or loss of product at the fault of the winner, will not be replaced.
  18. Cyclame SARL and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Day 1: AIXmas Packages

  • 10 winners.
  • Each winner will receive an AIXmas Package which includes, 1 x 75cl bottle AIX Rosé 2022, 1 x Plaid, 1 x AIX Tote bag, 1 x AIX Corkscrew, 1 x Hat. The prize will be send via post.
  • If the winner residences in the US, the winner will receive 1 x $25 USD gift card, 1 x Plaid, 1 x AIX Tote bag, 1 x AIX Corkscrew, 1 x Hat.

Day 2: RIEDEL AIXperience for two

  • 5 winners.
  • The winner will receive tickets to the RIEDEL Factory & Museum and a set of AIX x RIEDEL Rosé wine glasses. The museum tickets will be sent in the form of a voucher via email, and the glasses will be sent via post.
  • The voucher is valid subject to availability with the exception of Holidays and special days.
  • Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void.
  • Winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
  • This prize is partly sponsored by RIEDEL.

Day 3: AIX-branded Caran d'Ache pens & Moleskin notebooks

  • 10 winners.
