the real review

Huon Hooke, Leading Australian wine writer and wine critic

’’The colour is youthful salmon pink - purple, the aroma sweetly spicy with raspberry and background dried herb nuances. The palate is soft and fruity, flavoursome and charming, with a faint flick of sweetness in harmony with the wine. It finishes clean and dry, with richness and length. An impressive rosé which is drinking at its best now.’’

falstaff

The well-known German wine magazine, 'Falstaff', awarded AIX Rosé with an excellent score of 91 points. Medium to light salmon coloured, with silver reflexes. Elegant red berries-confit, peaches, a touch of orange zest, a pinch of baby-bananas. A nice acidity, with a mineral character.
